I thought I burned myself out on reading/writing aaaaaaangst years ago but I just finished writing a hurt/comfort fic. With LUCIFER. The world is officially coming to an end.

Eyes

( This is so not the ego-stroking response Lucifer thought he was going to get when he asked for this prompt. )

This fic follows another prompt I have yet to finish, but an image hit me and I HAD to write it. Once written, I felt compelled to post. To set up a very sketchy background: Uriel Fell, Lucifer brought him back to Lux and kicked the ~~leeches~~ patrons out for a short period of time while he tried to keep Uriel from completely losing his mind. (The jury is still out on whether or not he succeeded.)

Bits of this have been kicking around in my head for months, but refused to become part of a larger piece worth posting. I love this prompt for letting me gather them all up and dump them in one place.

cattygabriel is super-fabulous and assures me I r gud riter, which totally made my night. Further commentary spawned this little follow-up fic. Michael, Gabriel and Lucifer follow my own head-canon, but I definitely borrowed bits of their personalities from my awesome friends - I hope you guys don't mind too much. Also, marvel at my ability to interpret prompts in ways people probably never thought I would. :D
