drabble: Smile - Epilogue
Do you have ANY clue how hard it is to write exactly 100 words? Normally I am a writer of few words, but as soon as I imposed a limit on myself, this thing tried to explode. Trimmed it back down to 100 words and tried my best to keep it from being too stilted. Lucifer better appreciate my hard work. This takes place immediately following this.

Smile - Epilogue
After a time, a waiter passed by with a tray of hors d'oeuvres. Taking the entire plate, Lucifer continued conversing with his guests while he offered canapés and bruschetta to the angel at his feet.
"I can do better."
Lucifer glanced down and found Uriel holding a piece of bread at arm's length. He raised an eyebrow.
"Show me my kitchen."
Lucifer's eyebrow went up even higher. "Your kitchen?"
"My kitchen."
Lucifer smiled. Smiled and pulled Uriel up, wrapped an arm around his waist possessively and left the vain and jealous crowd behind.
